This sand casting and CNC machining part used for automotive industry is made by carbon steel material.

2. Process: Sand casting and CNC Turing Machining Parts
3. QC involved:
. Chemical composition by OBLF spectrumeter,
. Microstructure tester after heat treatment.
. Crack by MR detector.
. Dimension can de controlled by CMM.
4. Reports supplied:
. 3.1B material certificate
. Dimension reports for AQL quantity
Advantages:
1)Main equipment: CNC lathe, automatic lathe, grinder, thread rolling machine, tapping drilling machine etc,
. CNC machining facilities Japan origin;
2)Measuring & testing equipment: Microstructure, Hardness tester, Coating tester, Crake tester, ect
. Chemical composition assured by OBLF spectrometer;
3)Quality assurance in accordance with ISO9001: 2008
4) Process: Sand casting, investment casting, forging, CNC machining.
Material: Iron, stainless steel, carbon steel, Aluminum, ect, according to customers' requirement.
Surface treatment: Polishing, zinc plating, nickel plating or chrome plating, phosphating etc.
5) Most of our experience accumulate in the different process and in the different material, therefore we often assist customer to do optimizing job both on designing and on cost reduction.
